How engagements typically progress

Most retainers begin where a discrete project ends, or with a short discovery and alignment phase to confirm fit. The first month is structured around getting current on your business, priorities, and the decisions in front of you. From there, the cadence shifts to ongoing strategic support, decision frameworks for live issues, and monthly priority alignment, with additional priority projects identified along the way.
